2009 Will Be The New Fix-It Economy
Yeah, yeah, I know. It’s the economy, stupid! But come on. You should know that there’s always two sides to every coin. What are some of the expressions we hear…
- “The cup is either half empty or half full” (depending on who’s holding it).
- “One man’s garbage is another man’s treasure”
- “When one man suffers, another reaps the rewards”
- “When God closes the door, he opens a window somewhere”.
Well, our economy (U.S. and Canadian alike), is no different. Although many people may be out of work and some businesses are praying to avoid bankruptcy, repair type businesses will prosper in 2009. Don’t believe me? Check the video out below…
Instead of buying new shoes, many people have already decided to repair their old shoes instead. If only the sole needs replacing, why not? In fact, business has already gone up by about 30% in spite of a lethargic Dow Jones.
Auto businesses aren’t selling cars anymore. Why? Because there’s a big increase in the number of people deciding to repair their vehicles instead. The video below will show that many are opting to take their cars in to have their engines overhauled and transmissions rebuilt rather than buy a new car and go into debt in this…failing economy????
