Husband Wants His Kidney Back From His Wife…

Here’s some really stupid news. I didn’t even want to post this video, but then I guess that’s what 180news.com is all about - alternate news. Anyway according to CBS News, a New York doctor is filing for divorce and wants his wife to return the kidney he gave to her in exchange for the broken heart she gave him. Stupid, stupid, stupid…

I can understand if it was an expensive ring or a condo on the beach or maybe even something really valuable like a picture of…me, but a kidney (or for that matter any body part) - give me a break. As far as I’m concerned, once it’s in you, it’s in you PERIOD! Watch this four minute video where a legal expert explains the details of the case and let me know your opinion…

As it says in the video, this gives a whole new meaning to the term “messy divorce”. This dude is a vascular surgeon and obviously in mid-life crisis and he either wants the kidney back that he “donated” to her or she has to pay him for it, which in this case is $1.5 million.

Ok, fine, he devoted his life to her and had three children with his wife, but as he said in his vows - “…to love her in sickness and in health…” He gave his kidney to save her life, and now he wants it back to “take” her life????? At the same time the doctor’s wife started having an affair about two years after the transplant.

But then I gather from the video that the marriage wasn’t so great anyways and the husband thought that by giving his kidney to his wife he would save his marriage. NOT !!!!
